As a registered architect with over 32 years of experience in development, planning, and project execution, I’ve supported a wide range of residential and commercial projects through owner-side roles focused on strategy, coordination, and execution support. Building on that experience, I launched Kore Services as a development consulting practice focused on owner-side advisory and project management support. My work emphasizes early planning, feasibility, due diligence coordination, entitlement support, and the organization of project workflows in collaboration with owner-retained consultants.
